Out of Town 4WD was created in 1977 by the current owner, Fred Black, who recognised a market for his skills in designing and manufacturing products for 4wd travellers. It began in a domestic backyard in Wangi, NSW. The business grew, and soon added other services such as 4wd vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs and reselling of quality 4wd accessories.
Now we are conveniently located at 65 Northville Drive Barnsley, NSW. Out of Town 4wd now provide an extensive range of products and services, and Fred Black and other employees had by this time amassed wealth of 4wd maintenance, repairs, trip preparation experience.
